Excursion by steamboat on the river elbe
 
About
the steam boat fleet "Sächsische Dampfschiffahrt".
This
trip takes you upstream from Dresden, passing beneath the impressive Elbe
palaces:
Albrechtsberg
Palace, Lingner Palace and Eckberg Palace. The first destination is Loschwitz
and
the
historical "Blue Wonder" bridge, the first cantilevered steel bridge in
the world. The main
attraction
of this tour, however, is Pillnitz Palace, the former summer residence
of the Saxon electors
and
kings.
We
will invite you for dinner on board and for live music by a Dixieland-Band. |
